RetroBux terms of service:

 

 

• This General Membership Agreement  between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and RetroBux sets out the terms of your membership.

• You must read carefully, understand and agreeable to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking " I Accept ".

• If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, Eldiclix.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

 

MEMBERS / USERS TERMS

 

1.1. Account is not transferable.

1.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.

1.3. You can have only one account per household. Multiple accounts per hasehold will be terminated all of them.

1.4. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.

1.5. Users using false information, including full name, when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

 

1.5. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, memberships, points, referrals and advertising credits. For security reasons we do not remove accounts. Please do not contact us requesting an account removal.

1.6. Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view your password. If you forget your password you will be sent an automatically generated password. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility. Keep your information secure.

1.7. You must speak and understand English in order to use our services. You must use English when advertising or communicating on our site.

1. 8. If any of your actions cause material damage or harm reputation of RetroBux, we have right to suspend your account permanently.

 

2. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

 

2.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

2.2. Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud eldibux.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

2.3.  Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.

 

3. FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USERS BEHAVIOR

 

3.1. You have access to reading and posting in the forum

3.2. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or RetroBux staff.

3.3. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links or any other links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.

 

4. REFERRALS

 

4.1. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.

4.2. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.

4.3. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly.

4.4. You can have an unlimited amount of direct referrals.

4.5. You will receive money your referral click on micro, standard or extended ads and from every completed task on offerwalls.

4.6. You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.

 

5. COMMISSIONS TERMS

 

5.1. All payments will be made via Perfect Money, Payeer, BTC, BCH, ETH, ETC, LTC. DASH and DOGE
5.2. The minimum amount paid is $2.00
5.3. Payments will be processed within 7 business days (Mon - Fri) .

5.4.You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you`ve used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount.The Maximum amount you can request to the other Payment processor is equal to the value of the purchases you`ve made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.

5.5 Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout. (Image or copy of e-mail from your payment processor)
5.5. In your personal settings must be enrolled your full name. Only then can request a withdrawal your money.

5.7. For security reason RetroBux reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from members.

5.8. You must have 2000 cashout points. Only then can you request a withdrawal of your money.

5.10.The correctness of your data is your responsibility (full name, crypto currency address, payment processors  ID etc). If your data is not correctly , you will lose money.

 

6. PAYMENTS TO RETROBUX

 

6.1. Payments made to RetroBux do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account.

6.2. All payments are non-refundable.

 

7. REFUND POLICY

 

7.1. All purchased items are non-refundable.

 

8. ADVERTISING TERMS

 

8.1 The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.

8.2 The website must not contain any frame breakers.

8.3 The website must not contain or promote any viruses.

8.4 The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

8.5 The website must not have a popup/pop under window.

 

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

 

9.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

 

10. LIABILITY

 

10.1. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.

10.2. RetroBux reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.
